These terms govern your use of samarratech.com and, where no separate signed agreement is in place, Samarratech's AI consulting services. Samarratech (“we,” “us,” “our”) is the parent company operating TrackExpnz, GreenCI, and our consulting practice. Each of our SaaS products has its own terms of service governing use of that product; these terms apply to this website and to consulting engagements specifically.

1. Consulting Engagements

Specific consulting engagements — scope, deliverables, fees, timelines, and confidentiality — are governed by the signed statement of work or agreement for that engagement. Where a signed agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement controls.

2. Acceptable Use of This Website

• Don't attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to this site.
• Don't scrape or misuse content published here.
• Don't use this site for any unlawful purpose.

3. Intellectual Property

Content on samarratech.com — text, branding, and design — belongs to Samarratech unless otherwise noted. Work product delivered under a consulting engagement is governed by that engagement's agreement.

4. Limitation of Liability

This website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Samarratech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site.

5. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated effective date.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
