Samarratech (“Samarratech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a software company that builds and operates SaaS products — including TrackExpnz and GreenCI — and provides AI consulting services to other companies. This policy covers samarratech.com and our consulting engagements. Our individual products each publish their own privacy policy covering the data collected within that product; this policy does not replace those.

1. Information We Collect

  • Contact information. Name, email address, and any details you send us via the hello@samarratech.com contact link.
  • Consulting engagement data. Information your company shares with us in the course of an AI consulting engagement, scoped to what's necessary to deliver the work, and governed by the specific agreement for that engagement.
  • Basic site analytics. Aggregate, privacy-respecting usage data (pages visited, browser type) to understand how this website is used.

2. How We Use It

We use this information to respond to inquiries, deliver consulting engagements, and improve this website. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use consulting client data for anything outside the scope of the relevant engagement.

3. Who We Share Data With

We share data only with service providers that help us operate (e.g. hosting and infrastructure providers) and as required by law. We do not share consulting client data with unrelated third parties.

4. Data Retention

Contact and inquiry information is retained only as long as needed to respond and follow up. Consulting engagement data retention is governed by the specific engagement agreement.

5. Your Rights
